DocTrack keeps your documents, trips and residency counts on your iPhone. There is no account and no server, so we can't see your data — and support works by email.

Common questions
I moved to a new iPhone. How do I get my data back?
Restore the encrypted .dtrk backup (Settings › Data › Import Data, or from your iCloud Drive backup folder). On a different device you'll need your Recovery Key from Settings › Backup.
The app says it couldn't open my data.
Nothing has been deleted. Unlock your iPhone and tap Try Again. If it still can't open, use "Share a Copy of the Data File" on that screen and email it to us, or choose "Start with an Empty Store…", which keeps the old file.
How do I send a diagnostic report?
Settings › Diagnostics › Send Report to Developer. You can read the whole report before sending. It contains counts, versions and codes; names, countries, dates, document titles and numbers are removed.
How do I delete everything?
Settings › Data › Delete All Data. Backups you made are not touched.
How do I restore, change or cancel my subscription?
On a new device, open the Pro screen and tap Restore Purchases. To change plan or cancel, tap Manage Subscription on the same screen, or open the iOS Settings app › your name › Subscriptions › DocTrack. Billing and refunds are handled by Apple: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
